Free shipping on every order
Bookshock offers free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden handling fees.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and U.S. military APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not yet available.
Carriers
Orders are shipped via one of the following carriers, selected per order based on package weight, destination, and availability:
- USPS — First-Class, Priority Mail, and Ground Advantage
- UPS — Ground
- DHL — Express Domestic
- FedEx — Ground (selected sellers)
The carrier and tracking number for your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email and in your account order history.
Processing & Transit Times

Total delivery time is typically 4–10 business days from order placement. Business days exclude Sundays and U.S. federal holidays.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Tracking is also available in your account order history at any time. If you have any questions about a shipment, chat with Tez and say “Where is my order?” — Tez can look up live carrier status in seconds.
Multi-Seller Orders
Bookshock is a multi-vendor marketplace. If your order includes books from more than one seller, the books will ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email per shipment. The total price you paid does not change — we absorb the cost of separate shipments.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please wait 48 hours (carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early) and then contact us via our contact page or chat with Tez. We will work with the carrier to locate the package and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo of the issue — these cases are handled on priority regardless of return windows.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Bookshock is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error within 30 minutes of placing your order, chat with Tez or email support@bookshock.ai — we can usually intercept the order before it ships.
