Every purchase on Bookshock is backed by our 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your book, we'll make it right — no questions asked.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any book purchased on Bookshock within 30 days of delivery. The return window starts from the date the carrier confirms delivery, not the date of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Returns are easy — just chat with Tez on bookshock.ai and say "I want to return my order." Tez will:

Return Shipping

Returns are free. Bookshock covers the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label is generated automatically when you initiate a return through Tez. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. We understand books may show minor signs of reading, but items that are significantly damaged beyond their original listed condition may not qualify for a full refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please contact us immediately — these issues are handled on a priority basis regardless of the return window. Chat with Tez or email support@bookshock.ai with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Seller Returns

Bookshock is a multi-vendor marketplace. Return shipping costs are absorbed by the marketplace and deducted from the seller's payout balance. Sellers are expected to maintain accurate condition descriptions. Repeated inaccurate listings may result in account suspension.
